This course provides instruction on how to correctly file and serve documents under Rule 40A ( i.e. clinical records, consultation reports and expert reports). The course discusses preparation of a notice to admit. Other areas of study include issue relating to admissions and denials of fact and authenticity of documents, and adducing evidence at trial.
