The techniques and approach taught in this course create a simple research procedure that can be used in any law library. Students will be able to recognize, understand, and incorporate tried-and-true research techniques into their portfolios of paralegal skills. The subjects are organized as follows: legal research systems, finding the law, citing the law and legal analysis. (18 hours)
